Tap Upgrade on any premium feature. New users receive a 3-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends.
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Avelio to cancel. Access continues until the current period ends.
Yes — go to Avelio → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used at purchase.
Go to Avelio → Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all habits and session history from your device.
Data is stored locally on your device. iCloud sync is on our roadmap — stay tuned for updates.
Force-quit and relaunch the app. If the issue persists, email us and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Avelio is a gentle habit companion app designed to help you build small, pressure-free routines. Your privacy is extremely important to us.
Avelio does not collect or store on our servers: your exact location, photos, videos, contacts, microphone recordings, any media, health data beyond what you explicitly allow via HealthKit, or any payment information (handled entirely by Apple).
When you use Avelio without an account, all data is stored exclusively on your device using SwiftData and Keychain and never transmitted to any server. This includes your trial status, app preferences, and HealthKit-derived suggestions. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
If you create an account via magic link, the following data is securely synced to Supabase (AWS) to enable cross-device backup: your email address (for authentication only), habits, session history, reflection notes, and app settings. Account creation is not required — the app is fully functional without one. Deleting your account permanently removes all cloud data within 30 days.
If you grant permission, Avelio may read heart rate and HRV data to suggest gentler session lengths. HealthKit data is never sent to our servers or any third party. Revoke permission anytime in iOS Settings → Health → Avelio.
Avelio uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for anonymous usage events and crash reports only. No personal identifiers, emails, names, locations, or habit/reflection content is included. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data to any third party.
Premium features are unlocked via Apple In-App Purchase. We do not see or store your payment details. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or Turkey, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at avelio.info@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Avelio also complies with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
Avelio is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in applicable EU jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
